    About an hour late for the appointment. IMO not professional at all. Even knowing he was late, he wouldn't stop going on about how my building should be torn down because it had no elevator. Not impressed with the results at all and unfortunately had to endure listening to his complaining for far too long.

    Mark was absolutely amazing. Our carpets were beautifully cleaned at a very reasonable price. He even accommodated us on what would normally be his day off. I couldn't be happier with the service!
