    Gorgeous Building, apartments are well built with a very friendly and accommodating staff

    Good building with worst management group in Halifax. Said pet friendly, but won't allowed puppy step on the rug in lobby.

    This building is what Auntie Mane would call “Top Drawer” meaning you place your finest clothing and luxury items in the top drawer. Incredible views, terrific staff, and over all amazing facilities.

    This building is top quality, with all the bells and whistles. The suites are well laid out with lots of space and storage. No attention to detail has been overlooked. Plus, use of the Movie Theatre, rooftop terrace, and Golf Simulator are included in the rent. There is nothing in HRM that comes anywhere close to the style and atmosphere at Icon Bay. Friendly staff, too. Very impressed.
