  sheets appeared to be washed which is likely the only reason we actually slept here aside from the lack of availability of other hotels. It was gross. It smelled so horrible in our room like mould and we must have used nearly the whole can of air freshener we had to buy in hopes of getting rid of that disgusting stench-- which did not work in the slightest. It's not in a very nice part of town, and the view outside our window shows a sketchy yard with large rusty furnaces and whatnot. The wall next to us is boarded up with plywood for who knows what reason. I debated whether or not to sleep in the car but this place is not situated in a friendly environment. I'm actually writing this at quite an early hour in the morning because I can't sleep because it smells so bad in here. Hoping I can get another place to stay that is nicer than here.

  It's an amazing place to stay. Best part is the view of Bedford Basin from the rooms.

  We booked through expedia, and once we got there they said they were overbooked, they also said they were unsure we were coming, even though we called hours before to say that our plane was delayed which means we would be later than expected. So we did not have a room to stay that night at the inn that we booked three weeks in advance, and it was later confirmed that it was the inns fault that we did not end up with a room. Overall, it was a very poor experience and I would not recommend the inn to anyone.

  You get what you pay for. Definitely nothing special here. The room was an ok size. The beds were very uncomfortable. Shower wasn't very hot. We were on on the second floor and it was difficult to get the luggage up and down the outside stairs. Every hotel in Halifax was booked and this was the only place I could find to stay, so I guess beggars can't be choosers. It wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed.

  This place is filthy!!! It’s pretty much used as a place for escorts to work. There are more hookers then guests that stay. The rooms are filthy and there mattresses are full of pee and bodily fluids they never clean. You can smell must as soon as you enter the rooms. The manager is fully aware of the escorts working out of the rooms yet doesn’t care. Out of all the motels in Halifax this has got to be the lowest and nastiest I have ever witnessed. The place should be torn down. Just shameful!
