  A beautiful campus offering very simple, clean convenient lodging in residence halls for summer travelers to Halifax. The ubiquitous Tim Hortons is available in the student center. ample parking. Not suitable to stay without a car. Some suites have kitchens and bay view.

  The small classes here played a key role in improving my English. Because the class size is small, classmates and professors know each other very well, which you will never find in big classes of big universities. Thanks to the professors' reference letters, now I get a job.

  This university is fantastic! All the people here are super nice and they take good care of international students as they are family members. This university really does everything it can to help international students find jobs and it offers all the free services and assistance with immigration. I will never regret that I chose the Mount.

  The students attending, the professors, cafeteria staff, and many of the administration are awesome people. It is a pleasure to have such a kind and sincere institution. However, the organization of the administration is attrocious. I recieved a two year degree from the Mount and in that time they were able to fumble up my paper work every single term. Often I would call and notify them of the problem and they would simply blame it on someone else at the university or student loans. One semester I was waiting for the Mount to confirm my enrollment, they were taking forever. When I called they said it was the fault of student loans, I contacted student loans to give them hell and they informed me they had been waiting for weeks (reference number and date they sent information included). I called the Mount back and magically they realized they just hadn't sent my information. I was relying on this money to pay for school and eat. Very disappointing.
